over 400+ 5-Star reviews from classpass

I really felt grounded and confident after the class. This is my first time doing movement meditation and it was a great experience. The instructor really did well explaining the movement and guiding how to do it. Thanks so much Adelene! Lastly, I liked how private the space is and I used to feel embarrass or shy moving, but there was no judgement at all in this class. Highly recommended!
